LOCATION
Villa Taj-Kumal is located on Akumal Bay, the only private villa on this bay.
Akumal is a 65 minute drive south of the Cancun airport.
The VILLA
The 4,000 square foot beachfront main house has 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths.
The fourth bedroom and bath is above the detached garage adjacent to the owner’s quarters.
There is a lot of outdoor living space, a large living room
and a large fully equipped kitchen.
The main house is an elegant Moroccan style beauty with Greek floors,
Bali rugs, and a domed brick ceiling. Every room has an oceanview.

Master Bedroom – Second floor, canopied Teak King bed, wraparound balcony,
oversized 3-room bath with double head shower, hair dryer
Guest Bedroom – First floor, King bed, large bath, walk-in closet
Guest Bedroom – First floor, King bed, large bath, walk-in closet, private entrance
Guest Bedroom – Second floor over the detached garage, Queen bed, private bath
